Synopsis

เกี่ยวกับครอบครัวธรรมดาๆ ชาวไต้หวัน ที่ไปอาศัยอยู่ที่ลอสแอนเจลิส สหรัฐอเมริกา โดยชาร์ล (รับบทโดย จัสติน เฉียน) ได้ตัดสินใจละทิ้งครอบครัวไว้ข้างหลังเพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่เส้นทางการเป็นมาเฟียในไต้หวัน แต่แล้ววงการมาเฟียก็สั่นสะเทือน เมื่อจู่ๆ มีผู้ทรงอิทธิพลนิรนามเข้ามาลอบฆ่า เพื่อหวังจะโค่นอำนาจ ชาร์ลเห็นแล้วว่าสถานการณ์ของตนเอง และครอบครัวอยู่ในจุดที่ไม่ปลอดภัย เลยตัดสินใจกลับไปที่ลอสแองเจลิสเพื่อปกป้องครอบครัว
