Synopsis

เรื่องราวของ ชเวอีแจ (ซออินกุก) ชายหนุ่มผู้กำลังกระเสือกกระสนดิ้นรนบนฟางเส้นสุดท้ายของชีวิต อนาคตของเขาถูกความมืดมิดปกคลุมหลังจากถูกแฟนสาวทิ้งไป เขาได้พบกับ อิมซังฮี (พัคโซดัม) หญิงสาวลึกลับที่มอบโอกาสให้เขาได้มีชีวิตอีกครั้ง โดยต้องแลกกับการเล่นเกม 12 เกมแห่งความตาย ชเวอีแจต้องเอาชีวิตรอดจากเกม 12 เกมแห่งความตาย ซึ่งเกมแต่ละเกมมีความท้าทายและอันตรายมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ เขาต้องต่อสู้กับอุปสรรคต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อพิสูจน์ตัวเองว่าเขาสมควรมีชีวิตอยู่หรือไม่
